The Virus of Hope and Love.

The Virus of Hope and Love.

What we are experiencing is completely out of the ordinary. The majority of us have never had a social event on such a large scale.

We face daily turnarounds. What is difficult to accept is that all of this is beyond our control and it affects each and every one of us deeply. I’m sure we would all like to be able to erase everything and start over.

What’s important to understand is that enemy #1 during such a criss is fear. If we succumb to fear, our decisions will be affected. Decisions that affect our communities, our cities, provinces, countries and even our planet.

We see it every day, leaders who do not take the situation seriously. We even have people around us who don’t realize the severity of such an event.

To help us live better and cope with this crisis, we all have a power hidden inside of us. This power is change. I don’t mean to change the world, but to change ourselves.

“When we love, we always strive to become better than we are. When we strive to become better than we are, everything around us becomes better too.” ― Paulo Coelho

This change lies inside a small virus hidden in our hearts and minds. This virus is more powerful than any other virus. It is the virus of hope and love.

To activate it, it’s very easy. But you must have a great will to manifest it. We just have to close our eyes and focus on our breathing. We let our hearts guide us to our secret place inside. We are traveling to our little island of Colle, as the Quebec author Robert Blake writes. Paying attention to the present moment will reveal this little virus. It will activate and invade our hearts and minds.

When we open our eyes, we will notice a small change. This change over time will also be noticed by the people around you. And it will become contagious.

This effort to change is not so great to remain positive. Imagine if everyone would start to visit their little islands of Colle and activate their little virus of hope and love!

We will all be ready when the planet presses play!
